Thanks to the negative pressure suction filtration process used in the manufacturing process, the appearance dimensions can be changed at any time according to customers’ requirements and put into mass production quickly. The cycle from sample preparation and mold opening to mass production can be shortened to less than 48 hours to quickly respond to the sample delivery needs.
Flexible formulations and processes:
1. Small size BZ exothermic riser sleeves with more precise dimensions are available;
2. Large-sized (φ>200mm or more) CZ exothermic and insulation riser sleeves are available;
3. WZ thermal insulation riser sleeves are available with various sizes and wall thicknesses.
