XP riser sleeves have the characters of low weight, good permeability and versatility, with a variety of geometry and variants.They are available with flexible formulation and can meet the needs of most of the customers.
1.Benefits of XP Riser Sleeves:
◎ XP Riser Sleeves have good air permeability and can be applied to most clay sand and resin sand molding conditions;
◎ The variants of XP riser sleeves are convenient for production, and are widely used in in-line working conditions of shell casting such as turbine castings;
◎ The variants of XP riser sleeves can be placed flexibly, which can effectively solve the situation of limited position of ball castings.
2. Flexible formulations and processes:
1. XP riser sleeves can be produced by high-quality float beads and exothermic agent formulation;
2. XPL riser sleeves with precise dimensions can be produced by the cold core process;
3. XPD riser sleeves can be produced by the low gassing process with precise dimensions;
4. XPF riser sleeves can be produced by the fluorine-free formulation for high-end hydraulic parts;
5. XPC riser sleeves can be produced by carbon-free and low-carbon formulation for stainless steel castings;
6. BP exothermic and insulating riser sleeves can be produced by the negative pressure suction filtration process;
7. XPX/BPX riser sleeves are available for inverse mold and external directly insertable for shell casting ;
3. Rich spare parts:
1. Standard P sand breaker core;
2. Provide HJ metal breaker core for special needs;
4.Packaging, transportation and storage:
Keep the package intact, store in a cool and dry place, prevent moisture absorption, and keep away from open flames;
Prohibit the use of water for fire fighting;
