RND neck down riser sleeves are made of high-quality thermal insulation refractory aggregate and appropriate amount of exothermic compound, which can meet the feeding needs of most steel castings and large castings.

Thanks to the negative pressure suction filtration process used in the manufacturing process, the appearance dimensions can be changed at any time according to customers’ requirements and put into mass production quickly. The cycle from sample preparation and mold opening to mass production can be shortened to less than 48 hours to quickly respond to the sample delivery needs.
2.Flexible formulations and processes:
1. Small size BRND exothermic riser sleeves with more precise dimensions are available;
2. Large-sized (φ>200mm or more) CRND exothermic and insulation riser sleeves are available;
3. WRND thermal insulation riser sleeves are available with various sizes and wall thicknesses.
3.spare parts:
With or without P sand breaker core;
With or without G cover,flexible change of open or blind sleeves;
4.Packaging, transportation and storage:
Keep the package intact, store in a cool and dry place, prevent moisture absorption, and keep away from open flames;
Prohibit the use of water for fire fighting;
