HP High Strength riser are available with the traditional "cup-shaped” and blind, which has good versatility.It is a mainly solution suitable for the application of traditional (XP) risers in high-pressure molding lines, and can also be applied to resin sand molding process.
1.Benefits of HP Mini Riser:
◎ HP risers has a compressive capacity of more than 7MP, which can fully withstand the maximum pressure of the high-pressure molding line;
◎ The HP risers formulation is a highly exothermic mixture, and the feeding effect is as high as 70%, which greatly improves the product yield;
◎ The risers do not directly contact the casting, which will not affect the metallographic structure of the casting;
◎ The riser can be placed flexibly, which can effectively solve the internal defects of the isolated hot spot of the casting.

1. HPS high-strength inorganic risers can be produced with high exothermic and insulation formulation;
2. HPS fluorine-free and carbon-free risers can be produced with fluorine-free and carbon-free formulation;
3. Rich spare parts:
1. Standard P sand breaker core;
2. Provide HJ metal breaker core for special needs;
4.Packaging, transportation and storage:
Keep the package intact, store in a cool and dry place, prevent moisture absorption, and keep away from open flames;
Prohibit the use of water for fire fighting;
