THD/XD Mini Riser is a mainly solution suitable for the application of spot feeding (MINI) risers in high-pressure molding lines, and has been successfully used in the casting of ductile iron axles, and also can be used for resin sand and clay sand molding processes.
1.Benefits of THD/XD Mini Riser:
◎ XD highly exothermic feeder sleeves: low weight insulation, good air permeability and excellent spot feeding properties;
◎ HD risers offer all the advantages of XD highly exothermic feeder sleeves, and also have advanced features of high strength, low gassing, carbon-free and fluorine-free;
◎ HD risers has a compressive capacity of more than 7MP, which can fully withstand the maximum pressure of the high-pressure molding line;
◎ The HD risers formulation is a highly exothermic mixture, and the feeding effect is as high as 75%, which greatly improves the product yield;
◎ The patented metal tube is adopted, which has excellent sand compaction around the metal tube;
◎ The risers do not directly contact the casting, which will not affect the metallographic structure of the casting;
◎ Thanks to the self-shrinking technology of "metal tube", the riser prevent crumbling particles from falling into the mold;
◎ The riser can be placed flexibly, which can effectively solve the internal defects of the isolated hot spot of the casting.
2. Flexible formulations:
1. HDL/HDS high-strength risers can be produced with high exothermic and insulation formulation;
2. XDL/XDR low-weight spot feeding risers can be produced with low weight refractory aggregates formulation;
3. HDS/XDS inorganic risers can be produced with advanced inorganic formulation;
4. HDF/HDC fluorine-free and carbon-free risers can be produced with fluorine-free and carbon-free formulation;
3. Rich spare parts:
1. Standard patented DY metal tube;
2. Optional PW breaker core for resin sand line;
3. Provide HJ metal breaker core for special needs;
4.Packaging, transportation and storage:
Keep the package intact, store in a cool and dry place, prevent moisture absorption, and keep away from open flames;
Prohibit the use of water for fire fighting;
